Terms and Conditions

Placing Orders and Payment Options

Credit Card is the only payment option on our global website. We use secure payment gateway for online credit card purchases. Customers can place an order from registered users through the website. When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order followed by a phone call to review the order details with you. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or there was a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this and you will have the option to amend/cancel the order. This contract is covered by U.A.E. law. By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy.

Shipping and Delivery for international goods from outside UAE:


UAE Deliveries:
Once your order is processed, we deliver within 20 to 50 days across the UAE we only charge 15 AED for all orders. Deliveries are done between 9:00am and 8:00pm Saturday to Thursday. We always endeavor to deliver on time but sometimes delays are inevitable and we will notify you of the same beforehand. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

Outside UAE Deliveries:
Once your order is processed, we deliver within 20 to 55 days outside the UAE, shipping charges will apply based on courier rate per country. Deliveries are done from Saturday to Thursday. We always endeavor to deliver on time but sometimes delays are inevitable and we will notify you of the same beforehand. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

Customs and duties:
Customs duties may apply for some countries, customers may check with local customs authorities for more information, global.letstango.com will not be held accountable for any customs charges.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please note that you can only cancel the order in the processing stages within 48 working hours upon order confirmation. After 48 working hours, you may not be able to cancel the order, and the sales is final.

Full Refund if you don’t receive your order
you will get a full refund if you don’t receive your order within 55 days.

Full or Partial Refund if the item is not as described
if your item is significantly different from the website product description, you can:

A: Return it and get a full refund, or
B: Get a partial refund and keep the item.

If you wish to return a product that you have received based on the above condition, the item must be unused and in the original packaging* within 48 working hours upon delivery.

*Meaning of unused and in the original packaging: Goods that have been taken out of their original packaging cannot be returned. Goods should be returned in the exact same packaging as they were received, including accessories, manuals, invoices, tags, etc. Goods which shows signs of being damaged or used will not be accepted for returns. Goods which have been washed/worn/damaged/tags removed, will not be accepted for returns. Watches, jewelry, accessories, glasses or similar products which have been used/customized/carved/changed/damaged will not be accepted for returns. For all clothing’s products we will not accept returns at any circumstances.

Full refund if Goods Damaged

Customer is responsible to check the package for any damage before accepting the parcel. If your item is damaged inside or not working as per the product description, you need to raise a request within 3 days from package receiving date. If the evidence customer provided during the initial stage for refund agreement is not sufficient, global.letstango.com can request customer to provide additional supplementary evidence to support its claim within 10 days. If the evidence is sufficient, we will communicate the same with the product supplier and request for replacement. The replacement will take 35-50 days.

Refund Process:

Conditions for Submitting Refund Requests: You can submit refund requests within 3 days after your order has been delivered. You can do this by sending an e-mail to our support mail (global@letstango.com). In the mail you will need to submit as much evidence as you can to prove that the item you have purchased is fraudulent.
