How do I look for a product on LetsTango.com?

There are a couple of ways you can find a product on Global.letstango.com.

  • Use the search bar on top; type what you are looking for and press enter.
  • Use the main menu (which is divided by product type) to navigate your way on the site.

I'm not able to find a product. What should I do?

We try to offer the latest products available in the market. However, if by any chance we do not have a product you're looking for on global.letsTango.com, please let us know and we will try and get it for you. You can drop us an email at global@letstango.com. Alternatively, you can call us on +971 4 338 8225.

How do I sign up on global.letstango.com?

Signing up is really easy. Simply click on the Sign Up button on the top right. You can sign up using your preferred social site (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Live, and Flicker) OR fill the 4 field on the signup page. Two clicks and you're officially a part of the global@letstango.com global community.

I've never done this before. How do I place an order?

Placing an order on global.letstango.com is a piece of cake.

  • Look for the product you want to buy (use the search bar or the main menu).
  • Add it to the cart by clicking on the cart icon.
  • Repeat steps 1 and 2 if you want multiple products.
  • After you're done choosing products, click on "View Cart" (located on the top right).
  • Review your cart and click on Checkout.
  • Fill the required details, choose your Credit card payment method and click on Place Order.
  • That’s it! You will receive an email notification confirming your order along with your order#.
  • Somebody from our team will then call you to process your order. Easy isn't it? :)

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we cannot take orders on the phone at this time. Our site is available to take orders all the time though! :)

I placed an order but I have not received any calls or emails. What happened?

Before processing your order, we will call you and make sure everything is as you expect. If you have not received a call from us after you have placed your order it could be because..

  • Its the middle of the night. :) The Global.letstango.com customer service team works from 9am to 6pm Saturday to Thursday. hence please wait till the customers service are back to the office next day.
  • Or We are not able to reach you on the number provided (wrong number/busy line/phone off etc). Hence we suggest that you get in touch with us immediately by calling +971 4 338 8225 and we will process your order.

I placed an order but forgot to include my address/special instructions. What should I do?

Sit back and wait for our call. When we call you to process your order, you can let us know and we will update your order. If you don't want to wait, that's fine too. Drop us a line on global@letstango.com with the missing information or call us on +971 4 338 8225. Our team will update the order as per your instruction.

I made a mistake while placing my order. What now?

If you've placed an order by mistake or ordered the wrong product, don't worry. Just call +971 4 338 8225 and someone from our team will help you out.

I placed an order and paid online using my credit card. Can I cancel my order now?

Sure, you can cancel the order within 48 working hours from the order date or can call +971 4 338 8225 immediately so that we can stop the order from being processed. If the order is already processed, you can still cancel the order but cancellation charges may apply. See Returns/Cancellations for more details.

Where can I see all my orders?

You can see your entire order history from the "My Account" section of the site. Log in with your username and password and click on "My Account" to access this area.

How do I track my order?

For Global website you cannot track the orders if you don’t receive the product in 20 to 50 days you can call us +971 4 338 8225 immediately so that we can help you or drop us a email at global@letstango.com

What are my options to pay for an order?

We have credit cards payment options only.

  • Credit Card Online: Pay online through our 3D Double Secure MiGs gateway.

What cards do you accept?

Our payment gateway accepts almost all kinds of credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery within the UAE is AED 15. For international deliveries, you will be quoted at the time of checkout. Delivery Charges will be based on the weight of the products and destination.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide. If you do not find your country on the checkout page, please get in touch with us so that we can assist you further.

I don't want you to deliver. Can I collect my ordered product/s?

We would prefer to hand deliver the products to you wherever you are to save you the trouble. We are also pretty quick with our deliveries. However, if you want to collect the product yourself, please let us know in advance so that we can make it available for you.

How long does you take to deliver?

We usually deliver from 20 to 50 days in UAE. For international deliveries, it usually takes between 25-55 days.

Is Global.LetsTango.com safe to shop from?

100% Yes. We've invested in some of the best systems in the world. Plus, we do not store any credit card information on our servers. All information relayed between LetsTango.com and our gateway is encrypted using a Geotrust RapidSSL 256bit SSL certificate (HTTPS). We've passed stringent compliance tests set by our bank and MasterCard to be able to accept payments online.

Will I be spammed?

No. You will never be spammed by global.letstango.com. We have a very strict privacy policy and we treat your information with the utmost care. Our databases which store your information are encrypted as well with limited access to employees.

How do I change my password?

Changing your site password at regular intervals is always good. It’s easy to change your global letstango.com password. Log in using your current credentials and then go to "My Account". Enter your new password and save.

I don't remember my global.letstango.com password. What do I do?

To reset your password, click on "Log In" on the top right and then "Forgot Password". The Global.letstango.com system will automatically reset your password and send it on your registered email. Come back to the site, log in using the new password and change it to something you can remember.
